(“we,” “us,” or “our”) establishes this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) regarding the handling of user information in connection with “CROSSIA,” the VR service provided by us, as well as related applications, websites, events, customer support, and other related services (collectively, the “Service”).

 

This Policy applies to the Service provided as an application for Meta Quest.

Information related to coin purchases, ticket acquisition, refunds, and other transactions

Order number, transaction ID, purchase date and time, purchase details, amount, currency, and payment status

We may not directly collect sensitive payment information such as credit card numbers or other payment method details. In such cases, such information is collected and managed by Meta or other payment service providers.

 

3.4 Information Obtained from Third Parties

 

In accordance with applicable laws, we may receive information from Meta and other platform operators, payment service providers, contractors, business partners, and other parties to the extent necessary to provide the Service.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

 

To provide, operate, maintain, authenticate, verify identity for, and manage accounts for the Service

To sell, grant, manage, and fulfill coins, tickets, event participation rights, and other digital goods or services

To provide and manage participation in VR autograph events, VR photo sessions, and other experience content

To provide customer support, respond to inquiries, contact users, and send important notices

To prevent, investigate, and respond to fraud, violations of terms, nuisance behavior, security incidents, scams, and other improper use

To respond to failures, fix bugs, improve quality, improve performance, enhance UX, and otherwise improve the Service

To develop new features, new services, new experiences, research and development, analysis, statistical verification, and business development

To analyze usage trends, conduct market analysis, identify tendencies, and forecast demand

To optimize display, recommendations, and operations based on users

To conduct campaigns, surveys, notices, and marketing activities

To comply with laws and regulations, protect rights, handle disputes, and respond to governmental authorities

For purposes incidental to the foregoing

 

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also use personally identifiable information in a statistically processed, aggregated, anonymized, or otherwise de-identified form for analysis, research, and development.
